If you activate a perk card it "occupies" as many points in the corresponding attribute, as the cost value says. You can see it by the color of the card and the letter in the lower left corner.Įach rank of each perk cards has a "cost value". If someone finds a gameplay source in the future that proves this wrong, please let me know!Įach perk card belongs to one SPECIAL attribute. Right now the planner assumes that a bobblehead can increase an attribute from 15 to 16. There are most likely bobbleheads in Fo76. You can add a maximum of 14 additional points to a SPECIAL attribute, since the maximum per SPECIAL attribute is 15. You start the game with 1 point in every SPECIAL attribute. After level 50 we don't get to spent points anymore. From level 1 to 50 that's 49 points we can distribute per character. You can spend 1 attribute point each level up to one of the 7 SPECIAL attributes. If you're not familiar with all the details here are some key information on how character builds work (as far as we know): Make sure to select "EN" instead of "DE" in the upper right corner if you aren't German. You can filter them by SPECIAL attribute or search for text in the description or name of all known perk cards. If you just want to check out the perk cards you can browse through them here:
